  • logistical or transport delays.

Secretique cannot be held responsible for delays caused by these circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Method and Product Origin

  • Orders may be shipped directly from our partner suppliers, primarily located in China.
  • Due to international shipping, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply, depending on the destination country.

These potential charges are the responsibility of the customer when legally applicable.

4. Shipping Costs

Applicable shipping costs are clearly indicated during checkout.

For orders benefiting from free shipping, no delivery fees will be charged to the customer.

Secretique reserves the right to adapt its delivery conditions according to logistical conditions and serviced destinations.

5. Responsibility during Delivery

  • The customer is responsible for carefully checking the accuracy of the delivery address before finalizing their order.
  • Any error or address modification must be reported to Secretique as soon as possible after the order.
  • Once the order has been shipped, any address modification may no longer be possible.

Secretique cannot be held responsible for consequences resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
